About Total Air Tool Services
We are a specialist distributor and service house for industrial pneumatic and electric assembly tools, established in the early 1980s to support the motor industry in the Midlands. Today we work across the full span of UK manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, rail, electronics, food production and general engineering, from our service centre in Kenilworth, with an established presence across the South and South East.
Who we are
Our role has stayed consistent across 40 years: identify the right tool for the application, support its installation, and keep it working through its service life. The brands we represent have grown with us, Atlas Copco, Fiam, Delta Regis, Tecna and Sigma, and the relationships with those manufacturers are long-standing and direct.
We are a premier distributor for Atlas Copco across the Midlands and Southwest, and the sole UK distributor for Fiam air tools, Delta Regis electric assembly tools and Tecna tool balancers. We also distribute Sigma air riveters and supply our own-brand torque reaction arm range, linear, articulated, telescopic carbon fibre and suspended configurations, including Posi Control position-encoder variants for sequenced assembly.
What that means in practice: when a customer needs a tool, a spare part, a calibration certificate or a repair, they are dealing with engineers who know the products from the inside. Not a reseller passing on a manufacturer's response time.
Our history
We were established to service, supply and support the Midlands motor industry, and some of our longest-standing customer relationships date from that period. Our involvement with the Peugeot Ryton plant is representative of how we worked: we serviced all makes of air tools on site, Fiam, Pneumat and Desoutter tools, Cooper DC units, tool balancers and pulse tools, across the full range a major production facility runs, not just the brands we supplied.
That kind of work shaped how the business operates. Our engineers know these tools because they have worked on them in production environments, under time pressure, where a wrong diagnosis costs a line stoppage. That experience is not something that transfers from a manual.
The business has grown considerably since, in geography, product range and service capability, but the underlying approach has not changed. We recommend the right tool, not the most expensive one. We repair things properly the first time. We give honest assessments of what a tool needs and what it does not.
Facilities
Our head office in Kenilworth, Warwickshire is a 3,500 sq ft service depot equipped with UKAS-approved torque verification equipment, speed, noise and vibration testing across all tool types, and demonstration and training facilities. It is located on Princes Drive Industrial Estate, less than 8.5 miles from both the M40 and M6, practical for the Midlands manufacturing base we serve.
We also maintain an established presence across the South and South East, covering the Thames Valley, Home Counties and South of England. On-site visits, for HAV testing, tool audits, demonstrations and training, are available across England and Wales.

Service credentials
We are an approved service centre for Atlas Copco, Fiam and Delta Regis. Our engineers are trained and competent across all major makes, including ATA, Bosch Production Tools, Chicago Pneumatic, Desoutter, Delvo/Nitto Kohki, Ingersoll Rand, Kolver, Gesipa, Pop Rivet Tools, Trelawny and Universal Air Tools. If a make is not listed, contact us, if we can source the parts, we can carry out the repair.
All repair and service work is carried out under our ISO 9001 quality management system. Torque calibration is performed in our UKAS ISO-17025 accredited laboratory, with certificates traceable to the National Physical Laboratory, accepted under ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100. Every repair carries a 3-month parts and labour warranty. Genuine manufacturer parts are used wherever available.
