About Sigma
Sigma produces hydro-pneumatic rivet and rivet nut tools for production assembly. Their tools are lightweight and ergonomic, built for operators using them repeatedly across a full shift in electronics, automotive, light fabrication and sheet metalwork. Rivet tools cover standard blind rivets up to 4.0mm. Rivet nut tools, for installing rivnuts into thin sheet where rear access is not possible, are also available with vacuum stem collectors for controlled handling on production lines where loose rivet nuts need to be managed.
The Sigma range is focused and practical. Operating pressure is 5–7 bar, pull traction is controlled for consistent installation, and the jaw cases are designed for manual removal and fast maintenance without specialist tooling. We supply both rivet and rivet nut models and can advise on the right specification for your rivet diameter, material thickness and cycle volume.
