Supply and service for industrial assembly tooling
We supply and service industrial assembly tooling across the full range: pneumatic and DC electric nutrunners and screwdrivers, cordless tools, air motors, material removal, tool balancers, torque reaction arms and riveting equipment. We work across six brands: Atlas Copco, Fiam, Delta Regis, Tecna, Sigma and our own-brand reaction arms. Most customers want a single point of contact for all of it, and that is what we are set up for.
The service side runs parallel. We carry out scheduled preventive servicing, strip-down repair on every brand we sell and many we don't, UKAS ISO-17025 accredited torque calibration traceable to NPL, and on-site HAV testing under the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005. Loan tools are available while yours are in for repair or service, and turnaround is days, not weeks.

About Total Air Tool Services
We were established in the early 1980s to service, supply and support the motor industry in the Midlands. The business has grown considerably since in geography, product range and the services we provide, but the approach has stayed the same: recommend the right tool for the application, repair it properly when it needs attention, and give straightforward technical advice without a sales agenda.
The team has direct production experience across pneumatic tools, DC electric assembly tools, torque systems and HAV compliance, gained from working on tools in real manufacturing environments. That background is what shapes a diagnosis, an honest product recommendation, or a calibration schedule built around actual runtime rather than a calendar.
Our head office in Kenilworth, Warwickshire is a 3,500 sq ft depot equipped with UKAS-approved torque verification equipment, speed and vibration testing facilities, and demonstration and training space.

DC electric assembly tools, including nutrunners, screwdrivers and their controllers, have specific service and calibration requirements that differ from general pneumatic tooling. Torque accuracy is not a set-and-forget property: motor brushes wear down, gearbox bearings develop play and seals degrade, and each of those changes affects output torque without any visible indication.
We supply DC tooling from Atlas Copco, Delta Regis and more. We service and repair all major brands including Ingersoll Rand, Desoutter and Cleco. Calibration is carried out in our UKAS ISO-17025 accredited warehouse.
We offer Reliability Centred Maintenance programmes built around actual runtime data rather than calendar intervals, which for high-cycle tools makes a measurable difference to both cost and downtime.

Diagnostics and strip-down rebuild on any make, pneumatic or electric. Free diagnosis, written quote within 24 hours, 3-month parts and labour warranty. 48-hour express option for production-critical breakdowns.

Approved service centre for Atlas Copco, Fiam and Delta Regis. Trained and competent on Chicago Pneumatic, Desoutter, Ingersoll Rand, Kolver, Delvo/Nitto Kohki, ATA, Cleco and more.
Tool Calibration and Certification
UKAS ISO-17025 accredited torque calibration for all makes, click wrenches, pneumatic and electric screwdrivers, nutrunners, impact wrenches and cordless assembly tools. Certificates traceable to NPL. Typical turnaround 48–72 hours.
HAV Testing Services
On-site Hand Arm Vibration testing to the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005. UKAS-traceable tri-axial accelerometer. Per-tool report, operator exposure calculator, HSE-ready management summary and action plan. Full report within five working days.
A complete assembly tooling solution from one supplier
Most assembly tooling problems involve more than one component. A DC nutrunner needs a controller, a reaction arm, a balancer, and periodic UKAS calibration, and if it fails, it needs a repair with a 48-hour turnaround and a loan tool in the meantime. We cover every layer of that.
