We supply and service a complete range of industrial assembly tooling, from pneumatic and DC electric nutrunners and screwdrivers to cordless tools, air motors, material removal equipment, spring tension balancers, torque reaction arms and riveting systems.
We work with leading brands including Atlas Copco, Delta Regis, Fiam, Tecna and Sigma, alongside our own range of reaction arms. Our customers benefit from a single point of contact for their complete tooling requirements, backed by the technical expertise to supply, support and maintain the equipment.
Our service capability is equally comprehensive. We provide planned preventative maintenance, strip-down repairs across all the brands we supply and many others, plus torque calibration on equipment traceable to UKAS standards. We also carry out on-site HAV testing in accordance with the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.

Established in the early 1980s, we began by servicing, supplying and supporting the motor industry across the Midlands. Since then, the business has grown significantly in both our reach and the range of products and services we offer, and we now support customers across the UK and export to international markets.
What hasn’t changed is our approach: understand the application, recommend the right solution, maintain and service tooling to minimise downtime, and provide honest, straightforward technical advice.
Our team brings hands-on experience across pneumatic tooling, DC electric assembly tools, torque systems and HAV compliance, developed through working with tooling in real manufacturing environments.

Our head office in Kenilworth, Warwickshire provides a dedicated facility for technical support, application testing and customer demonstrations. DC and Electric Assembly Tools, Supply, Service and UKAS-Traceable Calibration
DC electric assembly tooling requires more rigorous testing, servicing and calibration than pneumatic or clutch tooling. While pneumatic and clutch tools can be torque verified, DC tools and controllers require comprehensive testing of torque, angle and system performance before a calibration certificate can be issued.
We supply DC tooling from Atlas Copco, Delta Regis and other leading manufacturers, and service and repair major brands including Ingersoll Rand, Desoutter and Cleco. Our calibration facility uses equipment traceable to UKAS standards, providing accurate, reliable testing to maintain tooling performance and repeatability.
For high-cycle applications, our Reliability-Centred Maintenance programmes use actual tool runtime to plan servicing, helping reduce unnecessary maintenance, control costs and minimise downtime.
Repair, service and calibration
Air Tool Repair
Diagnostics and strip-down rebuild on any make of air tool, with DC electric and cordless tooling covered too. Free diagnosis, written quote within 24 hours, 3-month warranty on work carried out*. 48-hour express option for production-critical breakdowns.
Air Tool Service
Planned preventative maintenance to keep tooling at factory performance. Full strip-and-rebuild, genuine OEM parts and torque verification. Workshop or on-site.
Multi Brand Proficiency
In addition to the tooling we supply, we can service a wide range of manufacturers’ tooling, including Desoutter, Ingersoll Rand, Cleco, Uryu, Chicago Pneumatic, Dynabrade, Bosch and Makita.
Tool Calibration
Torque calibration for all makes on equipment traceable to UKAS standards, click wrenches, pneumatic and electric screwdrivers, nutrunners, impact wrenches and cordless assembly tools. Certificates traceable to NPL. Typical turnaround 48–72 hours.
HAV Testing Services
On-site Hand Arm Vibration testing to the Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005, covering the UK. UKAS-traceable tri-axial accelerometer. Per-tool report, operator exposure calculator, HSE-ready management summary and action plan. Full report within five working days.
