Total Air Tool Services provides planned air tool servicing for industrial pneumatic assembly tools of all makes and models, from our service depot in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, and on-site at customer facilities across the UK. Regular servicing keeps tools at factory performance, extends their working life and prevents the unplanned breakdowns that stop production.
What an Air Tool Service Includes
Strip, clean and inspect
Each tool is fully stripped, cleaned and inspected. Wear parts such as vanes, seals, bearings, O-rings and clutch components are checked against manufacturer limits.
Rebuild with genuine OEM parts
Worn components are replaced with genuine manufacturer parts wherever available. For the brands we distribute, Atlas Copco, Delta Regis, Fiam and Tecna, we hold UK stock directly.
Torque verification and test
Every tool is tested after servicing and torque tools are verified on UKAS-traceable equipment before they go back into production. Calibration certificates can be issued at the same time. View tool calibration and certification.
Service history by serial number
Every tool is logged by serial number, so you have a full service record for your tool inventory on request, ready for quality audits.
Planned Maintenance Contracts
Service intervals are set around each tool's type, duty cycle and application rather than a single fixed calendar date. We schedule visits or collections to suit your production, and can combine servicing with calibration and HAV testing in a single visit.
DC Electric and Cordless Tooling
Alongside pneumatic tools, we service DC electric nutrunners, electric screwdrivers, cordless assembly tools and their controllers from Atlas Copco, Delta Regis and other leading manufacturers. DC tools receive torque and angle verification as part of every service. View our dedicated DC tooling service and repair page.
Workshop or On-Site
Tools can be delivered to our Kenilworth depot, sent by courier, or collected locally at no charge. For larger tool inventories or line-integrated tools, our engineers can carry out servicing on-site, covering the UK.
If a tool needs more than routine servicing, we will quote before carrying out any repair work. View air tool repair.
