How a service contract works
All contracts are structured around your tool fleet and production schedule. The process is the same whether you run 10 tools or 500.
- 01
Tool register
We log every tool by serial number, location and use classification. You have a current record of everything in the fleet.
- 02
Service schedule
Intervals are set per tool based on type, duty cycle and application, not a single fixed calendar interval applied across the fleet.
- 03
On-site visit or workshop service
Our engineers arrive with a parts kit specific to your fleet. Repair, calibration and HAV testing can be carried out in a single visit where the schedule allows.
- 04
Documentation
Written service report and calibration certificates issued within 48 hours of each visit.
