Total Air Tool Services carries out air tool repair on industrial pneumatic and electric assembly tools of all makes and models, from our 3,500 sq ft service depot in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. We are an approved service centre for Atlas Copco, Fiam and Delta Regis, and trained and competent across all major industrial tool brands. Every repair carries a 3-month warranty on work carried out*. A 48-hour express turnaround is available for production-critical breakdowns.
The Repair Process
A structured process is what separates a repair that lasts from one that doesn't.
Diagnosis and quotation
When a tool arrives at our depot, it is stripped, cleaned and assessed by our engineers. The diagnosis is free of charge. A written, fixed-price quote is issued within 24 hours of the tool arriving. No repair work begins until you confirm the quote, there are no hidden additions at collection.
Repair and parts
Repair work is carried out using genuine manufacturer parts wherever available. For the brands we distribute, Fiam, Delta Regis and Tecna, we hold UK stock directly. For other brands, we source genuine OEM parts through our manufacturer relationships. Where genuine parts are unavailable, we will tell you before proceeding.
Testing and return
Every tool is tested after repair before it leaves us. Pneumatic tools are checked for air consumption, speed and output. DC electric assembly tools and screwdrivers receive post-repair torque verification as standard. Tools are returned with a 3-month warranty on work carried out* covering the repair work carried out.

Types of Air Tool We Repair
We carry out air tool repair and rebuild on the full range of industrial pneumatic and electric assembly tooling:
Pneumatic assembly tools: impact wrenches, inline and pistol nutrunners, angle nutrunners, air drills, pneumatic screwdrivers, pulse tools, air riveters, sanders, grinders and material removal tools.
DC electric and transducerised assembly tools: DC nutrunners, electric screwdrivers, inline and angle assembly tools, and their associated controllers. Post-repair torque verification is carried out on all DC tools before return. View our dedicated DC tooling service and repair page.
Cordless assembly tools: battery-powered nutrunners and screwdrivers from Atlas Copco (IxB series) and other manufacturers.
Tool balancers and suspension: Tecna balancers and retractable hose reels.
In-House and On-Site Repair
In-house repair at our Kenilworth depot is the standard route for most repairs. Tools can be delivered, sent by courier, or collected by our team at no charge within the local area. We also serve customers across the Thames Valley, Home Counties and South of England.
On-site repair is available for facilities where tool removal is impractical or where an inventory assessment is required at the same time. Contact us to discuss on-site arrangements.
Repair Warranty and Express Turnaround
Every repair carried out by Total Air Tool Services includes a 3-month warranty on work carried out*, regardless of the make, model or age of the tool.
