Atlas Copco Screw Feeder systems automate screw presentation and feeding for high-frequency tightening operations in electronics, consumer goods, and precision assembly. The range combines tightening modules -- FTM-32 for fixtured automation and HTM-32 for handheld operator use -- with the SF36 step feeder that sorts and blow-feeds screws to the module with lower noise and reduced coating damage compared to conventional bowl feeders. The swivel arm design preloads the next screw during the previous tightening cycle, delivering the fastest possible cycle times for volume screw assembly.
