Atlas Copco Sockets and Bits for Automation provides the specialised tooling interfaces needed to integrate socket changing and vacuum-assisted screw pick-and-tighten into automated and semi-automated assembly cells. The ASC (Automated Socket Changer) range eliminates manual socket changes in multi-fastener automated tightening, while vacuum bit holders and tool adapters enable error-proofed pick-and-tighten of non-magnetic and small screws in robotic and fixtured assembly applications. All components are designed to integrate with Atlas Copco QST and LRT fixtured tool platforms.
